2. Effective October 22, 2006, Geoff Battersby is re-appointed as member and designated as vice chair of the Forest Practices Board for a term of two years.
3. Effective October 22, 2006, the following members are appointed to the Forest Practices Board for a term of three years: Rachel Holt and Debbie Zandbelt.
4. Effective November 22, 2006, Bruce Fraser is re-appointed as member and designated as chair of the Forest Practices Board for a term of three years.

2. OIC 578/2006 is amended
  (a)   in paragraph (a) by striking out "Dr. Marshal Dahl" and substituting "Dr. Marshall Dahl", and
  (b) in paragraph (b) by striking out "because of illness or absence from the city where Medical Services Commission proceedings are being held".
3. OIC 646/2006 is amended in section 2 by striking out "because of illness or absence from the city where Commission proceedings are being held".
