(i)   an employee of the Ministry of Children and Family Development who is authorized to determine the Province's eligibility for payments from the government of Canada under the Children's Special Allowances Act, S.C. 1992, c. 48, but only in relation to the exercise of that authority.

b) an appointment under paragraph (a) terminates on the earlier of:
  (i)   the appointee ceasing to be enrolled under section 13 of the Medicare Protection Act
  (ii)   December 31, 2007, or
  (iii)   rescission of the appointment.

Approval is given to grant to the Estate of Barry Gregory Wilson the interest in the minerals and the right to work, win or carry them away that was forfeited to the government under section 13 (8) of the Mineral Land Tax Act and was the subject of a certificate of forfeiture that was filed by the administrator in the Land Title Office on May 3, 2006.
