Effective six months after the date on which it is deposited with the registrar of regulations,

(a) B.C. Reg. 200/2003, the Drinking Water Protection Regulation, is amended as set out in Appendix 1, and

(b) B.C. Reg. 274/92, the Health Act Fees Regulation, is amended as set out in Appendix 2.

Section 14 of B.C. Reg. 426/97, the Medical and Health Care Services Regulation, is repealed and the following substituted:

Retroactive premium assistance

On application, the commission may retroactively extend premium assistance to an eligible person for

(a)  the calendar year immediately preceding the year in which the application is made if eligibility for the calendar year is established, or

(b)  any other period as the commission determines necessary to avoid undue financial hardship to the person.

Effective February 5, 2007, section 43.05 of B.C. Reg. 26/58, the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, is amended

(a)  in paragraph (a) (i) by striking out $16.00 and substituting $17.00",

(b)  in paragraph (a) (ii) by striking out $13.50 and substituting $ l4.00", and

(c)  by repealing and replacing the table in paragraph (b).

1.  Letters Patent under the Great Seal be issued appointing members of the Bar of the Province of British Columbia as set out below as Provincial Officers under the names of her Majestys Counsel learned in the law for the Province of British Columbia.

2.  Subject to section 6 of the Queen's Counsel Act, the members listed in this order shall have precedence in the courts of the Province of British Columbia

(a) after all other Provincial Officers learned in the law of the Province appointed prior to the date of this order, and

The Province, as represented by the Minister of Forests and Range and Minister Responsible for Housing, holds registered interests in certain residential housing units as described in Schedule A. The Minister orders that the administration of the Property be transferred to the Minister of Agriculture and Lands.

The Province holds registered interests in certain residential housing units as described in Schedule A and wishes to transfer the Property to the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation. The Minister of Agriculture and Lands delegates to the Minister of Forests and Range and Minister Responsible for Housing the power under section 9 of the Ministry of Lands, Parks and Housing Act to allow the Minister Responsible for Housing to approve, execute and deliver any and all documents in connection with the disposition of the Property.
