Approval is given to the Oil and Gas Commission to amend the Agreement dated December 31, 2002 with the McLeod Lake Indian Band by entering into an Agreement entitiled "Amending Agreement" substantially in the form of a draft dated for reference March 31, 2007, a copy of which is on file with the Deputy Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources.

Effective March 13, 2007, section 14 (1) (a) of B.C. Reg. 244/2002, the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, is amended by striking out everything after "general manager" and substituting "in the licence;".

(a)   Dave Duncan and Bill Sparkes are appointed as Provincial approving officers for the rural area of
  (i)   each regional district, and
  (ii)   the trust area under the Islands Trust Act,
  for which no approving officer is appointed under section 77.1 of the Land Title Act,
(b)  the appointments of Dave Duncan and Bill Sparkes under paragraph (a) are terminated for a rural area on the appointment under section 77.1 of the Land Title Act of an approving officer for the rural area, and
(c) the appointments of the following Provincial approving officers are rescinded:
  (i)   Peter Milburn, made by OIC 998/97;
  (ii)   Bill Sparkes, made by OIC 834/2004.

The portion of the Ministers Letter made May 20, 1998 that delegates duties, powers and functions granted and imposed under sections 10 (1), 10 (2), 10 (3), 10 (5) and 10 (6) of the Community Care Facility Act is repealed, and the powers and duties granted and imposed by sections 23 (1), 23 (2) and 25 (5) of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act is delegated to the Regional Health Boards.

John (Jack) Hall is reappointed as a member of the Real Estate Foundation of British Columbia for a one year term effective February 28, 2007.
