2.07 Newcastle disease in avian species is declared to be an infectious or contagious disease for the purposes of the Act., and

B.C. Reg. 4/83, the Health Act Communicable Disease Regulation, is amended

(a)  in section 1 by repealing the definition of "laboratory" and replacing it with the following:

"laboratory" means a medical or clinical diagnostic facility, and for the purposes of section 2 (3) includes the Animal Health Centre, Ministry of Agriculture and Lands, Abbotsford, British Columbia;

(b)  in Schedule A, by adding "H5 and H7 strains of the Influenza virus", and

(c)  in Schedule B, by striking out "Influenza" and substituting "Influenza virus, including the H5 and H7 strains".

2.  B.C. Reg. 166/2006, as it amends B.C. Reg. 447/83, the Revised Regulation (1984) under the Insurance (Motor Vehicle) Act, is amended as set out in Schedule 1, and

3.  Effective June 1, 2007, B.C. Reg. 447/83, the Revised Regulation (1984) under the Insurance (Motor Vehicle) Act, is amended as set out in Schedule 2.

Section 5 of B.C. Reg. 208/2002, the Gaming Control Regulation, is amended

(a)  in subsection (1) (b) by adding at the end ", other than lottery ticket personnel described in subsection (2) (d)", and

(b)  in subsection (2) by adding the following paragraph:

(d)  lottery ticket personnel, comprised of persons having on-site managerial responsibility for a retail facility where lottery tickets are sold.
