(a)  The Minister of Transportation is charged with the administration of the Railway Safety Act and sections 14 to 25 of the Railway Act, and
(b)  provisions in previous orders are rescinded insofar as these provisions charge another member of the Executive Council with responsibility for the administration of the Railway Safety Act or sections 14 to 25 of the Railway Act.

(a)  The Schedule to the General Appointment Order, 2006, OIC 656/2006, is amended as follows:
  (i)   by adding the appointments for Jamie Edwardson as Manager, Strategic Communications; Tonja Joyce as Public Affairs Officer; and Linda Stagg as Junior Writer/Researcher;
  (ii)   by repealing the appointments for Jamie Edwardson as Public Affairs Officer; and Tonja Joyce as Communications Manager.
(b)  The appointment of Linda Stagg made by OIC 99/07 is rescinded.

Division 36, Child Seating and Restraint Systems, of B.C. Reg. 26/58, the Motor Vehicle Act Regulation, is repealed and substituted.
