Effective June 1, 2007,

1.  B.C. Reg. 322/2003, the Application of Legislation Regulation, is amended in sections 1 and 2 (2) and (3) by striking out automobile insurance wherever it occurs and substituting vehicle insurance.

2.  B.C. Reg. 153/73, the Exclusion Regulation, is amended

(a)  by striking out and substituting everything after administrator, and

(b)  by repealing and substituting section 2.
