MINISTERIAL ORDER 227

1)   Persons listed in The Property Assessment Review panels Administrative Lists A, B and C -- 2008 are appointed or reappointed to the Property Assessment Review Panels to serve in the status and for the terms indicated.
2) Rescind the appointments of Denise Heap and Jean Pryndik as members and reappointment as Chairs.
3) Rescind the appointments of Michael Land and Conrad Hyswick as Chairs and reappointment as members.
4) Members of a Property Assessment Review Panel shall be paid with respect to duties performed prior to January 1, 2008, as follows:
Chair: $300 for each day or $150 for each half day,
Member: $250 for each day or $125 for each half day.

All the right, title and interest of the Crown acquired by the escheat of the Undersurface Right TC23387 registered in the name of Joutel Resources Ltd. which corporation amalgamated to become Joutel Resources Ltd., is transferred and conveyed to Thundermin Resources Inc.
