The Salary Range Order, OIC 588/2006, is amended by repealing section 2 (1.1) and substituting the following:
(1.1) The salary range payable to a person who is appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council to one of the following positions in the Office of the Premier is the Band A Salary Range:
  (a)   Director of Communications;
  (b)   Managing Director, Correspondence;
  (c)   Events and Project Coordinator;

Effective March 7, 2007, the following provisions of the Railway Act are hereby declared to apply to the railway operation of Domtar Pulp and Paper Products Inc.: Part 1, 12 to 14 inclusive, 24 to 26 inclusive, 32, 27 and 46, (Certificate No. 6551).
Domtar Pulp and Paper Products Inc. is the holder of all current outstanding Certificates issued to Weyerhaeuser Canada Ltd. Certificate No. 5389 is cancelled.

2) The appointment of Richard Brian Wyatt as member and reappointment as Chair is rescinded.
3) Members of a Property Assessment Review Panel shall be paid with respect to duties performed prior to January 1, 2008, as follows:
Chair: $300.00 for each day or $150.00 for each half day
Member: $250.00 for each day or $125.00 for each half day
