4. All of the land comprising the South Pender Harbour Waterworks District is a service area for the operation of a water system for the Sunshine Coast Regional District.
5. The bylaws continue in force, in part.
6. The board must adopt a bylaw in respect of the service area referred to in section 4 of this order.
