1.  Effective March 17, 2008, the following provisions of the Securities Amendment Act, 2006, S.B.C. 2006, c. 32, are brought into force:

(a)  section 18, in part;

(b)  sections 20, 21, 39, 47 (b) and 64;

(c)  section 66 (a), in part.

2.  Effective March 17, 2008, B.C. Reg. 196/97, the Securities Regulation, is amended in sections 1, 22 and 24 (b).
