(a)  The transfers of duties, powers and functions are made:

1) Duties, powers and functions of the Minister of Healthy Living and Sport that were part of the Water and Air Monitoring and Reporting section of the Environmental Quality Branch, with exceptions, are transferred to the Minister of Environment.

2) Duties, powers and functions of the Minister of Environment that were part of the Air Protection Branch and the Environmental Protection Division, with exceptions, are transferred to the Minister of Healthy Living and Sport.

(b)  Each member of the Executive Council listed is charged with the administration of the enactments specified.

1) Minister of Health Services is charged with Ministry of Health Act, s. 4 (in part).

2) Minister of Healthy Living and Sport is charged with Ministry of Health Act, s. 4 (in part).

1.  OIC 264/2004 is cancelled.

2.  Approval is granted to allow the issuance of a free Crown grant to the District of 100 Mile House over Crown land described in the Lillooet District, and shown on the map.

3.  The land is to be used only for park purposes only.

(a)  The administration, control and benefit of described land in the Queen Charlotte District is transferred to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, subject to terms in the Appendix.

(b)  This order comes into effect on the date that Canada accepts the transfer under the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act (Canada).
