(a)  By 2012 and for each subsequent calendar year, BC greenhouse gas emissions will be at least 6% less than the level of those emissions in 2007.

(b)  By 2016 and for each subsequent calendar year, BC greenhouse gas emissions will be at least 18% less than the level of those emissions in 2007.
