Powers and duties are delegated to each of Mr. Lynn Wilcott and Mr. Sion Shyng of the BC Centre for Disease Control with respect to:
1. the issuance of licenses to persons for the operation of dairy plants under section 12 (1) (a) of the Milk Industry Act,
2. the issuance of licenses to dairy plant personnel entitling them to be classed as such under section 12 (1) (b) of the Milk Industry Act, and
3. the suspension and cancellation of licenses under section 12 (2) of the Milk Industry Act.

(c) Employment and Assistance Review and Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Review form.
