c)  Effective March 1, 2010, Anna Nyarady is reappointed as a director and chair of the British Columbia Assessment Authority for a term ending on March 31, 2011.

d)  Effective March 1, 2010, Janet Heino is reappointed as director of the British Columbia Assessment Authority for a term ending on March 31, 2013.

e)  Effective March 11, 2010, George Puil is reappointed as director of the British Columbia Assessment Authority for a term ending on March 31, 2011.

1.  Effective January 1, 2007, items 23.1 and 23.2 are added to Schedule 1;

2.  Effective January 1, 2008, Schedule 1 is amended by repealing item 42;

3.  Effective January 1, 2009, Schedule 1 is amended by repealing item 74;

4.  Effective January 1, 2009, item 89 is added to Schedule 2.
