Effective January 1, 2010,

a)  sections 6, 7, 15 (2) and 26 of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction (Renewable and Low Carbon Fuel Requirements) Act, S.B.C. 2008, c. 16, are brought into force, and

b)  B.C. Reg. 394/2008, the Renewable Fuel Requirements Regulation, is amended, including a name change to Renewable and Low Carbon Fuel Requirements Regulation.
