Statutory Authority: Escheat, s. 5

All the right, title and interest of the Crown acquired by the escheat of described property, registered in the name of the Fort Nelson Emergency Transient Shelter Society, is transferred and conveyed to the Town of Fort Nelson on the condition that the land and premises be used exclusively for the purposes of operating a non-profit transient shelter.

The amendment to the bylaws of the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia, as set out in the schedule to the resolution of the board of the College dated December 5, 2008, comes into force on January 1, 2009.

ERRATA

In Volume 36, No. 2 of the Resume of Orders in Council, in Order in Council No. 44, approved and ordered January 30, 2009, "Ron Catelon" should be "Ron Cantelon".
