c)  sections 1 to 64, 65, 66 to 69, 71 to 81, 88 to 90, 92 to 96, 97, 98, 99, 100 to 104, 105 to 120, 121 to 125, 127 to 155, 156 to 163, 164.1 to 178.3 and 179 to 182 of the Final Agreement Consequential Amendment Act, 2007, S.B.C. 2007, c. 36.

d)  sections 3 to 8 of the Treaty First Nation Taxation Act, S.B.C. 2007, c. 38.

Effective on the date section 3 (1) of the Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement Act, S.B.C. 2007, c. 39 comes into force, the Minister of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation is authorized to enter into the following agreements on behalf of her Majesty the Queen in Right of British Columbia:

a)  the Tsawwassen First Nation Fiscal Financing Agreement;

b)  the Tsawwassen First Nation Own Source Revenue Agreement;

c)  the Tsawwassen First Nation Real Property Tax Coordination Agreement.

Effective on the date section 3 (1) of the Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement Act, S.B.C. 2007, c. 39 comes into force, and in accordance with that agreement,

a)  the Minister of Environment is authorized to appoint, by order, British Columbia's representative to the Joint Fisheries Committee referred to in Clause 68 of Chapter 9 of that agreement, and,

b)  the Minister of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation is authorized to appoint, by order, British Columbia's member to the implementation committee referred to in clause 4 of Chapter 25 of that agreement.

The Governor General in Council designate British Columbia for the purpose of section 347.1 of the Criminal Code (Canada) as British Columbia has enacted legislative measures that protect recipients of payday loans and that provide for limits on the total cost of borrowing under payday loan agreements to British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.

1.  The Provincial Laboratory Information Solution (PLIS) Repository, as a central repository of laboratory tests, is designated as a health information bank.

2.  The types of personal health information contained are identified in Appendix A.

3.  The purposes for which personal health information may be collected and used are identified in Appendix B.

4.  The purposes for which personal health information may be disclosed are identified in Appendix C.

5.  The persons authorized to collect, use and disclose personal health information identified in Appendix D.

6.  The persons from whom personal health information may be collected are identified in Appendix E.

7.  The persons to whom personal health information may be disclosed, are identified in Appendix F.

8.  The limits and conditions on the collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal health information are identified in Appendix G.

a)  the repeal of all rules made by the board of the British Columbia College of Chiropractors under the Chiropractors Act, as set out in the resolution of the board of the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia dated February 25, 2009, comes into force on March 1, 2009.

b)  the bylaws made by the board of the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia under the Health Professions Act, as set out in the schedule to the resolution of the board of the College dated February 25, 2009, comes into force on March 1, 2009.
