BC Online Act
1 For the purposes of section 3 (2) of the BC Online Act,
(a) the enactments are those listed in the Schedule to the regulation, and
(b) the circumstances for the collection and retention of money under each enactment referred to in paragraph (a) are those provided for under agreements between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of British Columbia and MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd., substantially in the form of the draft agreements dated March 10, 1999, which are on file at the offices of the British Columbia Assets and Land Corporation.
