Emergency Communications Corporations Act

ADDITIONAL PURPOSE REGULATION

Additional purpose prescribed

1 For the purpose of section 3 (2) (b) of the Emergency Communications Corporation Act, an emergency communications corporation named in Column 1 of the following table is authorized to have the additional purpose set out opposite in Column 2:

British Columbia Incorporated
  to enter into agreements with telephone services providers by which 9-1-1 telephone
access to emergency services to members of the public will be provided by the
 telephone service providers
