MINIMUM STUMPAGE RATE REGULATION

Minimum stumpage rate

1 The minimum stumpage rate for the purposes of section 105 (6) of the Forest Act is $0.25 a cubic metre.

NOTE: This regulation replaces B.C. Reg. 560/78.
