VANCOUVER HEALTH BOARD REGULATION

Designation as corporation

1 The City of Vancouver is designated a corporation in respect of section 26 (3) of the Health Act.

Powers of board

2 The Vancouver Health Board has the powers of the Council of the City of Vancouver, under section 26 (1) to (3) of the Health Act.
