Hydro and Power Authority Act
1 The following statutes apply to the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority:
(a) Hotel Room Tax Act;
(b) Motor Fuel Tax Act;
(c) Social Service Tax Act;
(d) Tobacco Tax Act.
