Hydro and Power Authority Act

APPLICABILITY REGULATION NO. 2

Provisions of Financial Administration Act applicable to authority

1 Paragraph (a) of the definition of "government corporation" in section 1 (1) of the Financial Administration Act and section 75 of that Act are made applicable to the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority.
