PROHIBITION REGULATION No. 9

Snowmobile prohibition — December 2002 to April 2003

1 The use of snowmobiles is prohibited from December 15, 2002 to April 16, 2003 within the area outlined in heavy black on the attached map, with the following exceptions:

(a) the trails shown in dashed lines;

(b) the shaded area.

Snowmobile prohibition — beginning in December 2003

2 The use of snowmobiles is prohibited, beginning in December 2003, from December 1 to April 16 within the area outlined in heavy black on the attached map, with the following exceptions:

(a) the trails shown in dashed lines;

(b) the shaded area.

Application of this regulation

3 This regulation does not apply to public officials engaged in the discharge of their duties.
