Sechelt Indian Government District Enabling Act
[includes amendments up to B.C. Reg. 224/95]
1 The Sechelt Indian Government District is entitled to or eligible for the following municipal benefits:
(a) grants under the Local Government Grants Act;
(b) subject to an agreement being entered into under section 2 of the Provincial-Municipal Partnership Act1, incentives for economic development and participation in economic development programs of the government under that Act.

| 1. Section 7 of the Provincial-Municipal Partnership Act was consolidated as section 319 (1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 323. Sections 1 to 6 of the Provincial-Municipal Partnership Act were not consolidated and the Act was subsequently repealed by 1997-25-219 (c), effective July 28/97. |
