Weather Modification Act

WEATHER MODIFICATION ACT REGULATION

[includes amendments up to B.C. Reg. 109/2002]

Application to modify weather

1 Every application for a permit under the Act shall be in writing and submitted to the Minister of Water, Land and Air Protection at least 30 days prior to the anticipated date of commencement of weather modification activities.

Form of information

2 Every application must be accompanied by a completed copy of a form, setting out the information prescribed in Schedule 1 of the Weather Modification Information Regulations made under the Weather Modification Information Act of Canada by C.R.C., Vol. XVIII, c. 1604.
